ADELANTO (November 18, 2016)- According to the California Highway Patrol, a Burrtec garbage crash took place Monday, November 14th, at the intersection of Holly and Aster roads.
The collision occurred just after 3:00 p.m. when the Burrtec trash truck collided with a pickup truck.
The pickup truck driver had been headed southbound on Aster before the trash truck entered the intersection on Holly and hit the motorist.
The unidentified pickup truck driver was injured and transported to Desert Valley Hospital.
The Burrtec truck driver was uninjured.
Per the California Highway Patrol, the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Department will assist in the investigation.
