2 Killed, 1 Injured in Adelanto Head-On on Highway 395 Friday
ADELANTO (January 12, 2018) – Two were killed and one was injured after a traffic collision along Highway 395 late Friday night, according to Victor Valley News.
The accident involving two vehicles was reported at about 10:35 p.m., just south of Shadow Mountain.
As per the article, San Bernardino County Fire Department and California Highway Patrol said a Cadillac Xt5 SUV and a white Toyota Corolla collided head-on on Highway 395.
A witness claimed that one of the involved motorists involved was recklessly driving and was passing over double solid yellow lines prior to hitting the other car.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that two people, one person from each vehicle, died as a result of the crash.
A third individual was flown to a trauma center with unspecified injuries. The names of the deceased and wounded parties have not been yet released.
Meanwhile, both cars sustained major front-damage upon impact. The highway was forced to temporarily shut down following the wreck.
The incident remains under investigation.
