5-Vehicle Crash on Cahuilla Road (State Route 371)
AGUANGA, California (June 8, 2018) — Several people were hurt Friday morning in a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 371 (Cahuilla Road) at Barbara Trail, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash was reported about 8:33 a.m. this morning. The CHP report stated that one vehicle was on top of anther vehicle and some of the people involved were engaging in a verbal argument at the scene. The report does not provided details of how the collision happened, but says five motorists were involved and three vehicles were towed from the scene.
A SigAlert was issued for the crash until approximately 10 a.m. this morning.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION
Police are investigating this collision and reviewing evidence to determine fault. At this time, there appear to be several injured people and multiple drivers could be responsible.
