3-Vehicle Crash on I-680 Freeway in Alamo

ALAMO, Calif. (Nov. 10, 2023) — A multi-vehicle Alamo car accident happened Friday morning on the northbound Interstate 680 Freeway at Stone Valley Road.

The three-vehicle collision occurred at around 11:10 a.m. on Nov. 10th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the drivers of a minivan, an SUV and a pickup truck in the Numbers 1 and 2 lanes of the freeway. One of the vehicles wound up on top of another vehicle during the accident.

Paramedics responded to help at least one person with complaints of pain after the accident, but there are no further details.

Meanwhile, tow trucks removed two of the three vehicles from the freeway.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Alamo crash on the 680 Freeway.
