Man, 20, Killed in Northridge Crash Identified
NORTHRIDGE, Calif. (Nov. 22, 2022) – Alejandro Campos, 20, was killed and six others were injured in a suspected DUI crash at Roscoe Boulevard and Corbin Avenue in Northridge.
The 3-vehicle crash occurred about 7:42 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19th, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s
Brian Humphrey.
The young man suffered major injuries in the collision and died at the scene. The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office later identified Alejandro Campos as the person who died.
It’s unknown what led up to the multi-vehicle crash that left one vehicle overturned, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
However, early indications lead to the possibility that driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs are a factor, police said.
Investigators continue to work on the case and will determine fault.
