Alex Contreras Fatal Pedestrian Accident Interstate 210 Freeway in Rialto

Pedestrian Killed in Crash on I-210 is Identified

RIALTO, Calif. (July 12, 2023) — Alex Ray Contreras, 52, died on July 3rd in a pedestrian accident on the Interstate 210 Freeway in Rialto.

The collision occurred around 1:20 a.m. on Monday, July 3rd, under the Highland Avenue overpass, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Police responded to the westbound side of the I-210 and located the injured man.

Paramedics were also at the scene and confirmed his death.

The case remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
