Alexander Barger, Jonathan Ayala-Corona Airlifted to Hospital After Car Accident on Mill Creek Road
Ukiah, CA (May 12, 2021) – Alexander Barger and, Jonathan Ayala-Corona suffered injuries following a traffic collision on Mill Creek Road on May 12, Tuesday.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a vehicle with at least two occupants veered off the roadway for an unknown reason. The vehicle continued driving and eventually rolled down the hill along the road near Mill Creek Dam.
Shortly after 5:45 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the accident scene and found at least one person trapped in the wreckage. Firefighters at the scene worked extensively to extricate the victim.
2 Injured in Ukiah Car Crash, May 12
The CHP dispatch later mentioned two occupants from the car sustained injuries. Authorities later identified the people hurt in the crash as Jonathan Ayala-Corona, the driver; and Alexander Barger, a passenger. The extent of their injuries remained unknown at this time.
At the moment, the precise cause of the car accident in Ukiah have not been disclosed thus far. Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine several factors surrounding the incident.
