Alexander Neuson Arrested Fatal DUI Crash Anaheim 91 Freeway

Alexander Neuson, 36, Suspect in Anaheim Fatal DUI Crash on 91 Freeway

ANAHEIM, CA (July 23, 2021) – Authorities detained Alexander Neuson after a fatal DUI crash on the 91 Freeway in Anaheim.

The California Highway Patrol determined that the 36-year-old Ventura man was under the influence of a drug when the wreck occurred.

The incident began when Alexander Deandre Neuson was driving a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado at a high rate of speed west on the 91 Freeway in Anaheim.

Alexander Neuson steered to the left and struck a concrete center median, west of Imperial Highway. He then swerved to the right and clipped the rear of a 1999 Ford Mustang.

Terence Wingo, 54, Killed in Car Collision

CHP said the impact pushed the Mustang into the back of a 2021 Tesla. My News LA wrote that the collision took place on Wednesday, July 21, at about 3:45 p.m.

The male motorist in the Mustang died at the scene. Officers identified him as 54-year-old Tustin resident Terence Wingo.

Paramedics treated the driver of the Tesla for the minor wounds they sustained in the accident. Meanwhile, CHP soon arrested the speeding suspect.

Officers charged Alexander Neuson with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and DUI causing injury.

They added a sentencing enhancement allegation of inflicting great bodily injury on the victim. The Anaheim DUI crash is still under investigation.
