Motorcyclist Killed in Traffic Collision on San Bernardino (8) Freeway Tuesday
Alhambra, CA (September 14, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a fatal traffic accident that occurred Tuesday evening on the Interstate 8 Freeway.
Officials said a motorcycle rider crashed while traveling in the westbound side of I-8, also known as San Bernardino Freeway. Our sources indicated the motorcyclist slammed into the center divider of the highway near Garfield Avenue offramp.
Deadly Motorcycle Accident in Alhambra, September 14
Shortly after 9 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the crash site. First responders found the man ejected from his motorbike. Paramedics at the scene performed life-saving measures to the victim, but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event have not been discussed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to investigate if another vehicle contributed to the fatal motorcycle accident in Alhambra.
