Allen Ruger and Debra Ruger Injured in Rollover Crash Near Tulloch Dam Road Thursday
Keystone, CA (June 25, 2021) – Allen Ruger and Debra Ruger suffered injuries following a traffic collision in the area of Highway 108 and 120 on June 24, Thursday.
According to My Motherlode, 63-year-old Allen Duane Ruger was behind the wheel of a pickup pulling a 2021 Coachman trailer. Preliminary investigation revealed the Dodge Ram pickup veered off the highway as it approached Tulloch Dam Road.
Rescue teams arrived at the location shortly after 1 p.m. Responding firefighters reportedly extricated at least one person from the wreckage.

The article published online later confirmed both the driver, and passenger–58-year-old Debra Ruger, sustained injuries as a result of the collision.
Several factors surrounding the car accident in Keystone remained unknown at this time. Given that, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the crash on Highway 108 and 120 happened.
