Amanda Sills Suspect DUI Crash Fresno Tulare Avenue Fourth Street

Amanda Sills, 36, ID’d as DUI Driver in Fresno Crash at Tulare and Fourth

FRESNO, CA (July 3, 2022) – Authorities cited Amanda Sills after a DUI crash at Tulare Avenue and Fourth Street in Fresno.

The Fresno Bee and FOX 26 News wrote that the 36-year-old woman was under the influence when she injured a police officer on Tuesday night.

The incident began when a police officer was conducting a traffic stop in the area of Tulare Avenue and Fourth Street in the city.

Fresno police said Amanda Sills approached and then hit the back of the patrol car near the intersection. The impact pushed the parked police unit into another vehicle in front of it.

2 Injured in Wreck

The accident occurred on June 28 shortly before 9 p.m. Paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found two people riding the car pulled over by the officer hurt.

Both occupants sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel rushed the patients to a hospital for treatment.

The reports did not release the names of the wounded victims and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, police cited Amanda Sills for DUI following the crash and soon released her.

Officers forced the corner of Tulare Avenue and Fourth Street to shut down after the wreck. The Fresno DUI crash is still under investigation.
