Amberly Martinez Arrested on DUI Charges After Highway 46 Crash
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (August 3, 2018) — Amberly Martinez, 36, of Wasco, was arrested following a police pursuit and injury collision early Friday morning on Highway 46, according to Bakersfield Now.
The crash took place about midnight and led to the partial closure of Highway 46. The vehicle
Kern County police deputies were pursing the woman’s vehicle when she collided with two other motorists and then struck a metal pole.
Martinez suffered moderate injuries and was airlifted to Kern Medical Center. A driver in one of the other vehicles suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital. Martinez was later arrested on DUI charges.

At this time, it appears that Amerly Martinez is responsible for this collision. While she is facing criminal DUI charges, she may also be held responsible for the injuries to the other driver.
