Amy Alteneder, 54, Fatal Victim in Collision on Highway 119 Tuesday
Old River, CA (June 15, 2021) – On June 8, Tuesday, Amy Alteneder died in a car accident that occurred on Highway 119 in Old River.
The Taft Midway Driller reported Amy Alteneder was heading north on Old River Road approaching the highway. When the woman drove through the intersection, a semi truck traveling east on Highway 119 struck her car.
According to the article published online, the collision resulted in fatal injuries to the driver. Responding paramedics performed life-saving measures to Amy Alteneder, but she sadly died at the scene.

Officials added a passenger in the smaller vehicle sustained minor injuries from the crash. The name of the victim, and their condition at this time remained undisclosed.
Meanwhile, the truck operator involved in the unfortunate event appeared unharmed after the wreck.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine exactly how and why the deadly car crash in Old River happened.
