Truck, SUV Crash on State Route 91 Freeway
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (Dec. 27, 2023) — A two-vehicle traffic accident happened Wednesday afternoon on the Riverside 91 Freeway in Anaheim.
The collision occurred at around 12:23 p.m. on Dec. 27th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a tan and brown Peterbilt semi-truck collided into a blue Buick LaCrosse SUV multiple times due to unknown circumstances. The vehicles were traveling in the eastbound lanes of State Route 91, just west of Gypsum Canyon Road.
The woman driving the Buick called 911 for help and reported injuries were involved.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help those injured in the collision, but there are no specific details at this time.
The California Highway Patrol is heading up the traffic investigation into the accident on the Riverside 91 Freeway.
