5 Injured in Anaheim Crash at Beach Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue
ANAHEIM, CA (August 22, 2021) – Several were hospitalized after a car crash at Beach Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue in Anaheim.
According to a report posted by the On Scene TV, the accident took place late Saturday night. Officers reported the wreck shortly before 11 p.m.
The incident happened on August 21 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Anaheim. They crashed at the intersection of South Beach Boulevard and West Lincoln Avenue.
2 Cars Collide
Police described the cars as a small SUV and a Mustang. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and extricated at least three trapped occupants in the Mustang from the wreckage.
The rescued individuals and two people riding the SUV ended up hurt as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then took them to a local hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Officials did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Beach Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Anaheim crash is still under investigation.
