Man Hit and Killed by Vehicle on Riverside Freeway Sunday
Anaheim, CA (September 12, 2021) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred on State Route 91, also known as Riverside Freeway, early Sunday.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a vehicle struck an individual in the eastbound side of the freeway near Highway 57. Officials described the car involved in the collision as a red sedan.
Deadly Pedestrian Accident in Anaheim, September 12
Shortly after 12:59 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the man lying on the ground. Sadly, the pedestrian succumbed to their injuries and died. Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Additional details on the horrible crash have not been revealed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the deadly pedestrian accident in Anaheim.
