1 Injured in Anaheim Crash at Haster Street and Orangewood Avenue
ANAHEIM, CA (September 18, 2022) – One was hospitalized after a DUI crash at Haster Street and Orangewood Avenue in Anaheim.
According to a report published by the On Scene TV, the accident took place early Friday. Officers responded to the wreck at about 1:59 a.m.
The incident happened on September 16 when a large SUV ran a red light at the intersection of Haster Street and Orangewood Avenue in the city.
Anaheim police said the car then slammed into two other vehicles, including a Toyota RAV4.
DUI Driver Runs Red Light, Hits Cars
All three cars obtained moderate damage as a result of the collision. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and found the driver of the Toyota hurt.
Medical personnel rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment of unknown injuries. The post did not disclose the name of the wounded victim and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, police determined that the man driving the large SUV was under the influence when he hit the other cars. They soon arrested him for DUI.
Officers forced the area of Haster and Orangewood to shut down following the wreck. The Anaheim crash is still under investigation.
