Rider Killed in Collision Near Lakeview Avenue Offramp
Anaheim, CA (September 4, 2022) – One person died following a traffic accident that occurred on the Interstate 91 Freeway Sunday morning.
Truck vs. Motorcycle Accident on 91 Freeway in Anaheim
According to CBS News, a man riding a motorcycle collided with a semi truck in the westbound side of the freeway. Earlier reports indicated the horrible crash took place near the Lakeview Avenue offramp.
Emergency crews responded to the accident scene shortly after 4:20 a.m. When medical personnel arrived, they immediately rendered aid to the motorcyclist found lying on the ground. Authorities later confirmed the rider sadly died in the crash. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver of the semi truck involved in the unfortunate event.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate exactly how and why the fatal crash happened on 91 Freeway in Anaheim.
