Multi-Vehicle Collision at State Route 57 and 91 Thursday
Anaheim, CA (January 23, 2022) – On January 20, a suspected hit-and-run car crash occurred in the area of State Route 57 and 91.
The California Highway Patrol group reported multiple vehicles collided with each other in the northbound side of Highway 57. Officials mentioned the traffic accident took place near the transition road onto Highway 91 in Anaheim.
Preliminary investigation revealed the crash involved a dark-colored Honda sedan; a black Honda SUV; a Honda Prelude. Authorities added a motorbike was also found at the scene but it was not immediately known if the rider played a role in the collision.
Shortly after 7:03 p.m., medical personnel arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all the parties hurt in the wreck. At this time, the names of the victims and the extent of their trauma remained undisclosed.
Meanwhile, the CHP log mentioned at least one vehicle sped away after the incident. Detectives continue to gather information to identify and locate the hit-and-run suspect.
