2 Injured in Anaheim Hit-and-Run Crash on Broadway Near Greenwich Lane
ANAHEIM, CA (January 28, 2022) – Two were injured after a hit-and-run crash on Broadway near Greenwich Lane in Anaheim.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place early Saturday. Officers reported the wreck at about 12:20 a.m.
The incident happened when a black Toyota minivan and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in Anaheim. The two crashed at 9802 West Broadway, just east of Greenwich Lane.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Brookhurst Street. They found two passengers of the Toyota who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel treated the victims for their injuries to their face and hand they sustained in the wreck. The report did not release the names of the wounded patients and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that the other driver did not stop to help and then fled the area. Officers forced a stretch of Broadway to shut down following the incident.
The cause of the Anaheim hit-and-run crash is still under investigation.
