ANAHEIM: Stabbing at Bottoms Up Tavern Lincoln Ave

Bottoms Up Tavern stabbingANAHEIM, California (August 16, 2017) —  A person was hospitalized early Wednesday morning after being stabbed at the Bottom’s Up Tavern at 2162 W. Lincoln Avenue, the Anaheim Police Department reports.

The incident took place about 1:50 a.m. Police say two people were arrested after the incident. The injured person was treated for non-life threatening injuries at the hospital.

There were no further details provided in the report, but the Anaheim Police Department is heading up an investigation into the stabbing.

Police are attempting to piece together what led to the stabbing at this Lincoln Avenue bar. They will speak to all parties involved as well as witnesses. Sometimes they can use video surveillance to help them understand what happened. There may be more than one party responsible in a case such as this one including the bar itself for not having adequate security in place to prevent this type of crime from happening.
