Andrea Santos, 28, Victim in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident
LOCATION: El Monte
DATE OF COLLISION: Sunday, August 5th
August 9, 2018- According to the El Monte Police Department, a woman identified as Andrea Santos, 28, was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident over this past weekend.
The incident occurred at some time before 5:00 a.m. at the intersection of Rush Street and Rosemead Boulevard.
