Rider Dies in Collision at Van Ness Avenue and Cesar Chavez Street
San Francisco, CA (December 12, 2022) – Andrew Rawson, a Harley-Davidson sales manager, suffered fatal injuries following a traffic crash that occurred in the area of Van Ness Avenue and Cesar Chavez Street.
The FOX2 News reported Rawson was riding a motorbike traveling in the streets of San Francisco Wednesday morning. When the motorcyclist approached the intersection of Van Ness and Cesar Chavez, Rawson collided with an SUV.
Fatal Traffic Crash in San Francisco
Shortly after 9:30 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the crash site. Responding paramedics immediately rendered aid to the rider found lying on the ground. Despite life-saving efforts performed by paramedics, the victim sadly succumbed to his injuries and passed away. Authorities later identified the deceased as Andrew Rawson.
