Andri Robles Morales Killed in Lake Elsinore Crash on Grand Avenue
22-Year-Old Lake Elsinore Man Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash
LAKE ELSINORE, Calif., (Aug. 26, 2026) — Andri Robles Morales, 22, of Lake Elsinore, died in a crash involving several vehicles last month at Grand Avenue and Gregory Place in Lake Elsinore.
A second person, identified as Joseph Collins, 56, of Wildomar, died at the hospital.
The three-vehicle collision occurred at approximately 9:14 p.m. on August 25th between a white 2010 Chevrolet Camaro sedan driven by Morales and a black 2025 Toyota Camry sedan driven by Collins, the CHP reports.
CHP reports stated that the white Camaro was allegedly speeding and veered into oncoming traffic where it crashed into the Toyota. The vehicles came to rest blocking southbound traffic, with Morales trapped inside the white Chevrolet.
Emergency units were swiftly dispatched to the scene at 9:37 p.m., following multiple reports of the collision. Paramedics and law enforcement officers from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office arrived and began their investigation into the cause of the crash.
Tragically, the young man lost his life at the scene of the collision and was identified by the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner. Meanwhile, at least three others, including Collins were critically injured in the crash and transported by ambulance to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar. Sadly, Collins later died from his injuries at 10:54 p.m. at the hospital.
S and R Towing was requested to assist with the vehicles as evidence, according to the incident log.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is leading the investigation and has urged any witnesses to come forward with information that could aid in determining the events leading up to the crash.
