Angie Guardado Died in a Multi-Vehicle Crash on the Harbor 110 Freeway

Woman, 23, Identified as Victim of Crash on 110 Freeway

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (May 7, 2026) – Angie Guardado, 23, died last Sunday night in a multi-vehicle crash in downtown Los Angeles on the Harbor (110) Freeway.

The young woman was identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office.

The deadly accident happened on May 3rd at 11:53 p.m. on the southbound side of the 110 Freeway and Exposition Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Authorities responded and located the victim in one of the vehicles that crashed in the middle lanes.

Paramedics with the Los Angeles Fire Department transported Angie Guardado by ambulance to a hospital, but she died shortly after on May 4th from her injuries.

According to her family’s GoFundMe page raising money for unexpected funeral expenses and financial burdens, “(Angie) leaves behind her precious 7-year-old son, who is now facing life without his mother.”

Detectives closed down the freeway for roughly two hours to investigate the cause of the crash.
