Anginette Sullivan, 54, Killed in Olivehurst Hit-and-Run on Powerline Road
OLIVEHURST, CA (October 12, 2021) – Anginette Sullivan was killed after a hit-and-run crash on Powerline Road in Olivehurst.
The sheriff’s office identified the 54-year-old Olivehurst woman as the victim of the fatal collision which took place on Sunday night.
The California Highway Patrol said a vehicle going south on Powerline Road struck Anginette Lee Sullivan in Olivehurst. The driver hit her for an an unknown reason near 7th Avenue.
Pedestrian Hit by Truck
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene, near the Yuba County Airport. The Appeal Democrat and ABC 10 News wrote that the accident occurred on October 10 at about 10:10 p.m.
Anginette Sullivan sustained serious injuries as a result of the Olivehurst crash. Medical personnel confirmed that she soon died.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that the motorist did not stop to render aid to the pedestrian and then fled southbound on Powerline Road. They described the vehicle as a small gray truck with a lift kit.
Officers are still searching for the hit-and-run suspect who killed Anginette Sullivan. They forced a stretch of the road to shut down for a time following the incident.
