Rollover Collision on State Route 14 in Santa Clarita
SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (Sept. 23, 2024) — A two-vehicle crash on the Antelope Valley Freeway happened Monday morning at Escondido Canyon Road in Santa Clarita.
The collision occurred in the southbound SR-14 at around 8 a.m. on Sept. 23rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported two Jeeps were involved and one had major front-end damage and the other had major front and left-side damage.
One of the vehicles overturned several times, but landed back on its wheels, the report said.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department sent paramedics to help those injured, but there are no further details at this time.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles from the freeway and investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on the Antelope Valley Freeway.
