Fatal Pedestrian Accident Orangethorpe Avenue in Orange
FULLERTON, Calif. (July 13, 2018) – Anthony Garcia, 66, was struck and killed by a teenage driver in the 1800 block of West Orangethorpe Avenue, according to the Fullerton Police Department.
The man was not in a crosswalk when he was struck about 10 p.m. last night. The 17-year-old driver of a 2008 Toyota Camry sopped and cooperated with the investigation.
Unfortunately, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. A full investigation into liability is underway to determine fault.

At this time, we do not know whether or not the driver will be held responsible for the death of this man.
