Passenger Hospitalized After Collision at Hoen and Summerfield
Santa Rosa, CA (May 30, 2023) – Police arrested 35-year-old Anthony Manos following an injury car accident that occurred in the area of Hoen Avenue and Summerfield Road.
According to KRON4 News, Manos was driving in the streets of Santa Rosa on May 28, Sunday. Earlier reports indicated Manos, of Santa Rosa, careened off the north side of the roadway and hit a parked car. Officials said the vehicle came to a rest overturned on the grass.
Emergency crews later responded to the crash site and checked the conditions of all people involved in the mishap. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed a passenger in the rolled over car sustained moderate injuries in the collision. Responding paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital for treatment and further evaluation. Personal information on the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
DUI Suspect Arrested After Injury Crash in Santa Rosa
During the investigation process, officers determined Anthony Manos was intoxicated at the time of the collision. Police then arrested the driver for felony DUI that caused injury to another person; and booked him to Sonoma County Jail.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
