Infant Hospitalized After Collision at Delta Fair and Century
Antioch, CA (September 6, 2022) – A 3-month-old infant suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Delta Fair and Century Boulevard.
The KRON4 News reported a sedan collided with a Tri-Delta bus Monday evening. When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found both the sedan and bus with front-end damage.
Our sources indicated the crash took place around 9:30 p.m.
Major Traffic Accident in Antioch
Responding medical personnel rendered aid to all parties found at the scene. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed the 30-year-old woman driving the sedan; and a 3-month-old infant both sustained injuries as a result of the collision. Paramedics transported the two patients to two local hospitals for treatment and further evaluation.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver of the Tri-Delta bus involved in the accident.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the crash that happened at Delta Fair and Century Boulevard.
