Man, 63, Woman, 33, Killed in Crash on Raymond Street in Pasadena
PASADENA, Calif. (Oct. 20, 2023) – Antonio Mendoza Hernandez, 63, and Veralice Yanira Membreno Orellana, 33, died in a two-vehicle hit-and-run car crash Wednesday night on Raymond Street in Pasadena.
The victims were identified by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
The Pasadena Police Department responded to the scene at around 9:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18th.
A driver in a Lincoln Navigator SUV reportedly crashed into a blue sedan occupied by the two victims and fled the scene, according to MyNewsLA.
Antonio Hernandez reportedly died at the scene and Verakuce Irekkana was transported by ambulance to a hospital where she later died from her injuries.
Later, police located the suspect’s white Lincoln Navigator near the scene of the collision.
Witnesses told authorities they saw two men exit the SUV and run from the scene.
At this time, there are no descriptions of the suspects.
