2 Hospitalized After Collision on Cahuilla Road Wednesday
Anza, CA (June 9, 2021) – Two people suffered injuries following a traffic accident on Cahuilla Road Wednesday morning, the Riverside County Fire Department reported.
Preliminary investigation revealed a motorcycle rider struck a pedestrian in Anza. The crash took place in the 501000 block of Cahuilla Road, also known as Highway 371, at the Cahuilla Creek Motocross.
Officials logged the incident at about 11:35 a.m.

When medical personnel arrived at the site, they immediately rendered aid to the people with serious injuries. Two air ambulances responded to the crash site to transport the patients to the hospital. The names of the injured parties, and their age remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Additional details on the wreck have not been revealed thus far. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine exactly how and why the pedestrian and motorcycle accident in Anza.
