APPLE VALLEY, California (Saturday, January 30, 2016) – A vehicle collided with a pedestrian yesterday evening on northbound 19866-20062 Outer Highway 18. No word on the exact condition of the pedestrian, but the incident has been classified as a possible fatality. No further information is currently available.
The incident took place yesterday evening at about 8:27 p.m., according to an incident report by the California Highway Patrol, Barstow. Police are still investigating the incident.
