April Evett, 36, Killed Victorville Crash at Village and Eto Camino
VICTORVILLE (January 11, 2019) – One was killed and several were hospitalized after a traffic collision in the area of Village Drive and Eto Camino Road Thursday, according to The Daily Press.
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Coroner’s Division identified the deceased as 36-year-old April Evett, of Lucerne Valley.
As per the article, deputies said Evett was driving a white Kia Optima west on Eto Camino Road when she turned onto Village Drive in front of a northbound silver GMC Yukon.
The Kia was ultimately broadsided by the SUV at the intersection of Village and Eto Camino.

Officials affirmed that Evett died at the scene. The fatal accident took place on January 10 at about 5:53 p.m.
The male driver of the Yukon and his three children were taken to a local hospital following the crash. The man suffered major injuries while one of his passengers was the only patient confirmed to have been hurt upon impact.
The names and condition of the wounded parties were not immediately released. The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
