Arbuckle: ATV Accident at Cortina School and Sand Creek Road

Major Injury Collision at Cortina School and Creek Road Sunday

Arbuckle, CA (April 25, 2021) – At least one person suffered serious injuries following a traffic accident in the area of Cortina School and Sand Creek Road in Arbuckle Sunday noon.

The California Highway Patrol group reported two quad motorbikes, also known as all-terrain vehicles, crashed at the Arbuckle intersection. The direction of the ATV operators before the collision happened remained unknown at this time.

Shortly after 12:15 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. First responders reportedly found two people with injuries. According to the CHP dispatch, one person suffered major injuries to their leg; while a second victim sustained major injuries to their brad. Authorities continue to withhold the names of the victims pending confirmation.

Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to work to determine several factors surrounding the ATV accident in Arbuckle.
