Bicyclist Injured in Arden-Arcade Hit-and-Run at Fulton and Alta Arden
ARDEN-ARCADE, CA (November 4, 2021) – A bicyclist was injured after a hit-and-run crash at Fulton Avenue and Alta Arden Expressway in Arden-Arcade.
The California Highway Patrol said the incident took place on Thursday morning. According to their dispatch, officers reported the accident at about 10:38 a.m.
A vehicle struck the bicycle rider for a unknown reason in Arden-Arcade. The driver hit the cyclist at the intersection of Fulton Avenue and Alta Arden Expressway.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found the victim hurt. The patient sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then provided treatment to the patient at the site. Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that the motorist did not stop to render aid to the rider and fled the area. They described the car as a silver Chevrolet with a license plate number of 6UXY628.
Officers forced the corner of Fulton and Alta Arden to shut down following the collision. The Arden-Arcade hit-and-run crash is still under investigation.
