2 Killed, 4 Injured in Arden-Arcade Crash at Hallmark Drive and Howe Avenue
ARDEN-ARCADE, CA (October 16, 2022) – A crash killed two people and injured several others at Hallmark Drive and Howe Avenue in Arden-Arcade.
According to The Sacramento Bee and FOX 40 News, the tragic accident took place on Sunday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 9:30 a.m.
The incident happened when five vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Arden-Arcade. The cars crashed at the intersection of Hallmark Drive and Howe Avenue.
Several Cars Collide
Multiple vehicles and a utility pole ended up with major damage as a result of the collision. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived and pronounced two individuals dead at the scene.
Medical personnel then rushed four patients to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. Officials released three other parties at the site.
The names of the deceased and wounded victims have not been yet disclosed. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Hallmark and Howe to shut down for a time following the wreck.
The cause of the fatal Arden-Arcade crash is still under investigation.
