ARDEN ARCADE, Sacramento County (May 9, 2016) – Jesse Hill was killed after being struck by a vehicle at Watt and Marconi avenues late Saturday, according to an article by Sacbee.
The accident happened at around 11:45 p.m.
As per the article, 23-year-old Bakari Stafford was driving an SUV at high speeds on the southbound Watt Avenue when it attempted to make a left turn and lost control.
The event caused Stafford to uncontrollably spin, eventually hitting Jesse Hill who was at the same time walking in a crosswalk at the intersection.
Jesse Hill was pronounced dead at the scene, per the Sacramento Bee.
Meanwhile, Stafford was treated for his sustained minor injuries.
