Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Arden-Arcade Crash on Arden Way Near KFC
ARDEN-ARCADE, CA (May 26, 2023) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash on Arden Way near the KFC in Arden-Arcade.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, the accident took place on Friday evening. Officers reported the wreck on May 26 at about 6:18 p.m.
The incident happened when a white Lincoln SUV and the motorcycle rider collided for an unknown reason in Arden-Arcade. The two crashed at 2312 Arden Way near the KFC parking lot.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Bell Street. They found the motorcyclist who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
The SUV obtained side damage and a broken right rear tire upon impact. Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the driver of the car ended up hurt or if they stopped following the wreck.
Officers forced a stretch of Arden Way to shut down near the KFC parking lot after the accident. The cause of the Arden-Arcade crash is still under investigation.
