
LOS ANGELES (March 28, 2023) – Arik Parker, 41, died in a hit-and-run crash Thursday night at Century Boulevard and Hoover Street in South Los Angeles.
The deadly pedestrian accident occurred around 8:55 p.m. on Thursday, March 23rd, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office.
The Los Angeles Police Department stated Parker was most likely in the roadway when a driver struck him as it traveled eastbound on Century Boulevard.
Paramedics responded to the intersection, but sadly Arik Parker died at the scene.
There are no details about the suspect at this time, but the vehicle is described as a dark-colored pickup truck, police said.
Additionally, the city of Los Angeles has a standing reward of up to $50,000 for information or the identity of the suspect if it helps to solve a fatal hit-and-run crash.
