Aristeo Limon Jr., 52, Fatal Victim in Traffic Accident on Sierra Highway Near Davenport Road
Santa Clarita, CA (June 8, 2021) – Aristeo Limon Jr., a 52-year-old man from Azusa, died following a truck crash on Sierra Highway on June 7, Monday.
The KHTS News reported Aristeo Limon Jr. was behind the wheel of a 2012 Peterbilt dump truck traveling on the highway. When the truck carrying gravel approached the area near westbound Davenport Road, the operator lost control of the big rig. The truck eventually careened off the roadway, then overturned.
Fatal Gravel Truck Accident in Santa Clarita, June 7
Shortly after 8:05 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found the truck driver trapped in the wreckage. Despite the life-saving measures performed by paramedics to the victim, Aristeo Limon Jr. succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate several factors surrounding the deadly truck accident in Santa Clarita.
