Motorists in general are obliged to practice road safety precautions and obey traffic laws to avoid auto accidents. In this case, the cause of the collision is still under investigation and several factors are being probed to identify the cause of the crash. Was any of the driver involved under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time? Did speeding or distracted driving play a role? Did any of the motorists show recklessness or negligence and neglect the safety of others?
