Armando Juanillo, 24, Killed in Crash on Oxnard Boulevard
OXNARD, CA (November 15, 2022) – Armando Juanillo was killed after a motorcycle crash in the city of Oxnard.
The coroner’s office identified the 24-year-old Oxnard man as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place on Monday.
The incident happened when Armando Juanillo was riding a 2014 Harley Davidson north on Oxnard Boulevard. At the same time, a 2000 Ford Ranger was traveling along Palm Drive.
The pickup truck then made a turn onto the boulevard. Police said in the process, the car collided with the motorcyclist near Colonia Road.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
The Ventura County Star wrote that the accident occurred on November 14 at around 5:48 a.m. The rider ended up suffering from serious injuries as a result of the collision.
Paramedics arrived and soon pronounced Armando Juanillo dead at the scene of the crash. Meanwhile, police added that the driver of the Ford stopped and stayed at the site following the wreck.
Officers forced both northbound lanes of the road to shut down at Colonia for at least five hours after the incident. The cause of the Oxnard crash is still under investigation.
