Fatal Crash on San Juan Road in Aromas
AROMAS, California (August 28, 2017) – At least one person has been confirmed dead and two others were injured early Monday morning in a 3-vehicle collision on San Juan Road at Murphy Hill Road, just east of Watsonville, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The fatal crash was reported about 5:54 a.m. this morning. Two sedans and a pickup truck collided and one of the vehicles ended up underneath another vehicle.
A person was trapped in a vehicle and died at the scene of the collision, the report said.

Authorities will be investigating what led to this horrible crash and will assign liability to the responsible drivers. There are many unanswered questions about this collision. Were all drivers following the rules of the road? Were there distractions, alcohol or drugs involved? Did any of the drivers make unsafe movements, turns or passes that caused the crash?
