Multi-Vehicle Crash in Ashland
ASHLAND, Calif. (Jan. 17, 2024) — A multi-vehicle crash on East Lewelling Boulevard in Ashland happened Wednesday morning just west of Meekland Avenue.
The collision occurred at around 9:40 a.m. on Jan. 17th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials responded and located three motorists in a red van, a grey 4-door Nissan and a gold vehicle. It’s unknown what led up to the accident, but the Nissan sustained major front-end damage after the crash and wound up on a sidewalk crashed into a fence.
A tow truck removed at least two of the vehicles including the Nissan from the crash scene in front of 267 East Lewelling Boulevard, the report said.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person with minor injuries.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the crash on East Lewelling Boulevard in Ashland.
