NORTH SACRAMENTO, Calif. (March 13, 2023) —Asyria Saniya Wells, 21, of Sacramento, died in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning at West Elkhorn Boulevard and Northborough Drive, just west of Rio Linda.
The traffic accident happened around 8:32 a.m. on March 10th in North Sacramento, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a white 4-door sedan and a white SUV were involved and the vehicles were blocking the roadway.
The Sacramento Fire Department responded to help those involved, but sadly the young Sacramento woman identified as Asyria Saniya Wells died at the scene, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff Coroner.
There are no further details at this time. However, investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the North Sacramento area crash.
