ORANGE: Head-on Car Crash Accident on Highway 74 at Antonio ParkwaySAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Orange County — According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, a 2-vehicle collision resulted in injuries on Highway 74 Tuesday evening.

As per the CHP, a head-on crash between a white pickup truck and a dark vehicle took place on the freeway at Antonio Parkway.

Officials said respondents arrived shortly after 6:20 p.m. and checked on the condition of all parties involved. At least one person reportedly suffered injuries but their identity was not disclosed pending next of kin notification.

The circumstances that led to the car accident remain under investigation.
