WATSONVILLE, California — According to California Highway Patrol group, a hit-and-run car crash left at least one person hurt at Apricot Lane and CRG 12.
On April 3, a white sedan and a black sedan collided at the intersection around 7:07 a.m. Officials said one from the involved vehicles caught fire following the impact.
The CHP mentioned the driver of the suspect vehicle allegedly took off on foot. But no additional information was disclosed on the matter.
Injuries were reported following the incident but the names of the victims were not immediately released.
At this time, authorities continue to conduct investigation on the accident as several factors remain unclear.
