KINGSBURG, California — A truck accident resulted in injuries at 6th and Barstow avenues Tuesday evening, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

As per the log, the collision on March 14 happened between a semi truck and a Ford pickup.

Emergency crews arrived shortly after 8:30 p.m. and located at least one person suffering in injuries of minor severity. The identity of the victim was not immediately disclosed pending next of kin notification.

As per CHP report, the intersection was closed until around 9:00 p.m. to give way to the investigation.
