Woman Struck by Vehicle is Killed
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (May 30, 2023) — Aurora De La Cruz, 69, of San Bernardino, died Saturday afternoon in a pedestrian accident at Mount Vernon Avenue and Union Street in San Bernardino.
The deadly crash occurred around 2:47 p.m. on Saturday, May 27th, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
The San Bernardino Police Department and paramedics responded to the intersection and located the San Bernardino woman suffering major injuries.
Paramedics rushed her by ambulance to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center where she later died at 3:26 p.m., the report said.
The circumstances leading up to the collision remain under investigation by the San Bernardino Police Department.
